I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to treatment and then decide on the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial appointments, we will collaborate to create a plan that addresses your needs and helps you regain control of your life. Most of my clients experience a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
