Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cass! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely known, supported, and comfortable being themselves. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling and work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and spiritual concerns, including church hurt. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based approaches, which allow me to tailor therapy to each person and their unique story. More than anything, I love walking alongside people as they better understand themselves, heal from what they’ve experienced, and move toward a healthier and more grounded life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a space where you can show up as your full self—without feeling like you need to have the right words or have everything figured out. I balance processing and reflection with practical tools, helping you better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped you while building skills to navigate what you’re facing today. Depending on your needs, I incorporate EMDR, DBT skills, and attachment-based approaches to help you process painful experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. Above all, I believe you are the expert on your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of it together.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and free of judgment, where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll identify what you hope to gain from therapy and develop goals that feel meaningful and realistic for your life. Whether that means feeling less overwhelmed by anxiety, processing painful experiences, strengthening relationships, or simply understanding yourself more deeply, our work will be centered around what matters most to you. Ultimately, I hope you leave therapy feeling more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate life both inside and outside of the therapy room.
