Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned my graduate degree from the University of Southern California. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in both clinical and community-based settings. My areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy the performing arts, spending time outdoors, reading, and exploring new local coffee shops.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed care, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I also bring curiosity, empathy, and sometimes a bit of humor into the room, because healing often happens when we feel truly seen and connected.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe to explore challenges, build insight, and practice new skills. Together, we’ll focus on helping you reduce distress, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward meaningful changes in your daily life. My goal is for you to leave sessions with greater clarity, tools you can use outside of therapy, and a growing sense of confidence in your ability to navigate life’s ups and downs.
