Great to meet you!

In my practice symptoms are treated as an integral part of the individual's experience, and can be thought and spoken about in order to change one's painful relationship to them. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental, and highly creative space in which we can allow this process to unfold together.

My approach to therapy

I work with people experiencing confusion, shame, guilt, anxiety, and lack of meaning and direction in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I consider psychotherapy to be a project between two people in which the goal is to understand both conscious and unconscious sources of emotional pain and ultimately open a space in which to alleviate suffering. Through a deepening of inner and outer dialogue, we can enter a process of healing that leads to the shedding of old and destructive patterns.
