Great to meet you!

You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, overwhelmed by emotions, or unsure why certain experiences continue to affect your life. Maybe you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, being hard on yourself, feeling disconnected, or trying to move forward but something keeps pulling you back.

Therapy is a space to slow down, understand yourself on a deeper level, and create lasting change. Together, we will explore the roots of your struggles, reconnect with your strengths, and help you move toward greater self-trust, healing, and a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in neuroscience and connection. I integrate Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment-focused approaches to help clients heal from past experiences, navigate challenges, build healthier relationships, and develop greater self-trust, resilience, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can begin sharing their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. During the first session, we will explore what is bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin identifying patterns, stressors, strengths, and areas where you would like support.

My priority is helping clients feel safe, understood, and respected while building a collaborative therapeutic relationship. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply a place to begin.
