Great to meet you!
Sometimes you know something needs to change, even when you’re not sure where to begin. Anxiety can leave you feeling constantly on edge. ADHD may make it hard to focus or stay organized. Grief can reshape how you see yourself, your relationships, and your future. Not to mention the effects of trauma may still be showing up in ways you never expected. Whatever brought you here, you certainly don’t have to figure it out alone.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, ADD/ADHD, grief-loss, and trauma. These experiences often overlap with depression, OCD, panic, stress, family/relationship challenges, PTSD, maternal mental health, women’s issues, cultural and ethnic concerns, and/or chronic health conditions.
I know how important it is to have a space where your identity, culture, and lived experiences are welcomed, not set aside or merely tolerated. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel truly understood, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying. Together, we will build on the strengths you already have, develop tools that fit your life, and move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
Our work together will make room for all of you: the person you are, and the experiences, relationships, culture, and circumstances that have shaped you. We’ll explore how anxiety, ADD/ADHD, grief and loss, or trauma may be affecting your emotional wellbeing, as we make sense of the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be making things feel heavier than they need to.
