Great to meet you!
Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you do not know where to begin.
Maybe your child is anxious, overwhelmed by big feelings, struggling with friendships, or acting in ways that leave you worried and unsure how to help. Maybe you are carrying the weight of a painful relationship, divorce, parenting stress, anxiety, or the feeling that you have lost yourself while taking care of everyone else.
I’m Cassandre Hudson, LCSW, and I provide therapy for children, teens, adults, and families throughout Georgia. My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard—not judged, rushed, or reduced to a diagnosis.
Together, we can make sense of what is happening beneath the surface and explore the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you or your family stuck. I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, self-worth, parenting and family stress, dating after relational hurt, and life after divorce.
Therapy can help you understand yourself more fully, recognize the patterns that keep bringing you pain in relationships, and begin creating a life that feels more honest, grounded, and aligned with what you need.
