Great to meet you!

I’m Cassandre Hudson, LCSW, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, connection, and evidence-based care. My approach is warm, relational, and culturally responsive, creating a space where you or your child feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Who I Work With:

I specialize in working with: Children & Adolescents (Ages 2-17) struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, and childhood trauma. Parents & Families seeking support for their child’s behavioral and emotional challenges while building stronger relationships. Adults & Young Adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, emotional disconnection, self-worth struggles, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens through connection, understanding, and feeling truly seen. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical—I help children, teens, and adults understand their emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop tools to manage life’s challenges.

For children, I use Play Therapy and DIR/Floortime to help them express feelings, manage big emotions, and develop social skills in a way that feels natural and fun.

For teens and young adults, I create a safe space to talk through anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or feeling "stuck," using mindfulness, self-reflection, and coping strategies to build confidence and emotional balance.

For parents, I offer Reflective Parenting Coaching, helping them better understand their child’s behavior, strengthen relationships, and support emotional growth at home.

For adults, I specialize in childhood trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and emotional disconnection. I help clients recognize patterns, regulate emotions, and build self-trust using a mix of self-reflection, body awareness, and practical strategies.

My goal is to help you—or your child—feel more in control, connected, and capable. Therapy isn’t just about managing struggles; it’s about creating real, lasting change so you can thrive.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and others. My goal is to help you—or your child—understand emotions, manage challenges with more confidence, and build healthier relationships in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

For children and teens, therapy provides a safe space to express feelings, develop emotional regulation skills, and build confidence in social interactions. Sessions are designed to help them feel understood and supported while learning tools to navigate their emotions in a healthy way. Parents can expect guidance on how to better understand and respond to their child’s needs, strengthen family connections, and manage behaviors with more confidence and reflection.

For adults and young adults, sessions focus on recognizing and breaking unhealthy patterns, managing anxiety, ADHD, or trauma in everyday life, and building self-trust and emotional balance. Whether we are working through past experiences, strengthening emotional regulation, or developing practical strategies, my goal is to support you in making meaningful changes that allow you to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Above all, clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel truly heard and empowered. Therapy isn’t just about coping—it’s about growth, healing, and learning how to thrive in all areas of life
