Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience providing mental health support to individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. My clinical expertise includes working with individuals managing depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as well as supporting clients in developing the tools necessary to strengthen self-esteem, communication skills, set meaningful goals, and develop sustainable work-life balance.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Central to my practice is creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment that fosters encouragement, self-awareness, growth, and accountability.

What you can expect from me

I take the time to understand each client as an individual, helping to make the use of coping strategies more realistic and attainable during challenging times. I am also committed to working alongside families when appropriate, with the goal of assisting individuals to overcome their struggles & build relationships that create lasting changes to support a more fulfilling and balanced life.
