Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Casey! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, with a passion for supporting women through the many seasons and challenges of life.

I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, motherhood, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by the expectations placed on you, struggling to set boundaries, questioning who you are outside of the roles you fill, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you deserve a space where your needs matter, too.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping women gain greater self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen their relationships, and build confidence in themselves. I believe therapy isn't just about managing difficult emotions; it's also about rediscovering who you are, recognizing your strengths, and creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My goal is to provide a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that every woman deserves a space where she can prioritize herself without guilt. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, knowing you will be met with compassion, honesty, and without judgment.

I take an individualized, strengths-based approach, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and practical coping strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. I especially enjoy helping women navigate life transitions, strengthen boundaries, overcome people-pleasing tendencies, manage anxiety, and reconnect with their sense of identity and self-worth.

Our sessions are more than just a place to talk about what's difficult. We'll work together to identify meaningful goals, explore what's keeping you feeling stuck, and develop realistic tools that support lasting change. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more confident, empowered, and connected to the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to gain from our time together. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to putting everyone else's needs before your own. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.

We'll talk about your current challenges, relevant experiences, relationships, and the areas of your life where you're hoping to see change. Together, we'll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you, whether that's managing anxiety, establishing healthier boundaries, building self-confidence, navigating a life transition, or reconnecting with your sense of self.

You don't need to have everything figured out before walking into our first session. Come exactly as you are. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the possibilities ahead.
