Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Casey. I help women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in a season of life that no longer feels manageable.

Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” — keeping everything together for everyone else while privately feeling anxious, burnt out, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to slow down.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, hold it all together, or figure everything out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe, genuinely understood, and supported without judgment.

I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand themselves, manage anxiety and overwhelm, improve boundaries, and reconnect with who they are underneath the stress.

I especially enjoy working with women navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, motherhood, caregiving, identity shifts, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy with me to feel supportive, honest, and human. I value authenticity, humor, curiosity, and helping clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

I know how easy it is to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, emotionally understood, and connected to yourself again — not just functioning, but actually feeling like you again.
