As a neurodivergent human, I'm intimately aware of the uniquely vast breadth of our difficulties and strengths. I have been working with individuals who have felt trapped by stress and anxiety for the past ten years. As a former strategy consultant, yogi, and clinician, I integrate breathing exercises, somatic movement, and psychodynamic therapy into sustainable lifestyle enhancements, allowing individuals to gain more control of their experience of life. Having trained, taught, and worked in Southeast Asia, I bring a combination of a deep education in Ayurvedic practices through the lens of modern psychology.
