Great to meet you!

It's very nice to meet you. I am a psychologist with around twenty years of experience working in schools, hospitals, and community mental health.

Those who seek my support are often grappling with challenging relationships, feeling stuck in unconscious patterns, or navigating the complexities of loss, pain, or shame.

My work is grounded in psychoanalysis, existential therapy, IFS, and liberation psychology.

I also specialize in neurodevelopmental assessment and have expertise in autism testing.

My approach to therapy

It's common for our life stories to feel disjointed at times. Trauma, loss, or shame can make it challenging to integrate difficult experiences into a coherent narrative. Questions arise: Who am I? What is my purpose? How do I find meaning in the face of uncertainty, anxiety, or loss?

My role is to help you explore these questions and uncover a peaceful, wise, and empowered part of yourself. In our work together, you will discover that you don’t have to navigate suffering alone.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you will come away with a deeper understanding of how your past shapes your current struggles. This insight will bring clarity and a greater sense of freedom to forge your own path.

I also believe that having a trusting, safe relationship in therapy is something that you can carry with you into your life. It can become an important source of comfort.

I strive to embody compassion, non-judgment, and curiosity. I look forward to supporting you in your journey of healing.
