Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you found your way here. I'm a Christian therapist offering biblically based counseling for anyone looking to connect their faith in God with better mental health. If you're struggling, burned out, or feeling far from His presence right now, you're in a really common place — and you don't have to sort through it alone.

My goal is to be a steward on that journey with you. Through Scripture and faith-based counseling, I want to help you remember your worth in Christ, even in hard seasons. I specialize in anxiety disorders, stress management, trauma, and relationship issues, and I bring a warm, encouraging, but honest presence to our work together — I'll gently push you to keep showing up for the goals and intentions you've set for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I blend evidence-based therapy with biblical counseling, because I believe real healing touches your whole self — mind, heart, and spirit. In session, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with practical tools like mindfulness, thought-challenging, and radical acceptance.

I also know that everyone's relationship with faith is different, and there's no one right way to invite God into therapy. Whether that means exploring Scripture together in depth or simply holding space for where you're at spiritually, I tailor our work to fit you — not the other way around.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just about getting to know each other. We'll talk through what's brought you to counseling right now, a bit about your background, and what healing could look like for you — including what role, if any, you'd like God and Scripture to play in our work together.

There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you show up. My job in that first conversation is simply to understand your story and start building a plan that fits you — one that supports both your mental health and your faith.
