Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Cassi! I'm a somatic therapist who helps highly sensitive and neurodivergent folks feel more at home in their bodies, their relationships, and their dreams. My work blends evidence-based approaches like Brainspotting with ritual, intuition, and two decades of teaching embodiment practices. Whether you're navigating recovery, nightmares, or a nervous system that feels like "too much," I'll help you build self-trust and real tools you can use. You don't have to figure out your sensitivity alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is body-centered, which means we pay attention to what your nervous system is telling us — not just your thoughts. Sessions might include Brainspotting, somatic (body-based) tools, boundary work, or exploring your dreams and nightmares as a source of insight. I blend evidence-based methods with ritual and intuition, drawing on almost twenty years of embodiment training, including yoga. I specialize in supporting highly sensitive and neurodivergent clients, people in recovery from substance use, and parents at every stage from conception on. Whatever brings you in, we'll go at your nervous system's pace, and you'll leave with practical tools — plus a deeper sense of self-acceptance and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Above all, my first priority is that you feel safe. Our first session is warm, welcoming, and completely pressure-free — you don't have to share anything you're not ready to share. I'll listen a lot, ask gentle questions about what's bringing you in and what you'd like to be different, and explain exactly how I work so there are no surprises. Together we'll name one or two starting goals, and you'll leave with a simple tool you can use right away.
