Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and the impact of difficult life experiences. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that they can't seem to change, whether that shows up as overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, difficulty trusting themselves, or challenges in relationships.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, make sense of what you're experiencing, and create meaningful change based on your own goals and values. I believe therapy can be a valuable space to slow down, gain perspective, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach that is tailored to each person I work with, drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspectives. There are several central beliefs that shape how I approach therapy: I believe healing happens in relationship, understanding your story matters, and emotions are not problems to eliminate but experiences to learn from and move through.

In our work together, we explore the patterns that show up in your life and relationships, how past experiences may be influencing the present, and what changes you want to make moving forward. Along the way, I help clients build insight, increase self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and respond to life's challenges with greater flexibility and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about the challenges you're facing, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will be different as a result of therapy. It's also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work, which tends to be thoughtful, collaborative, and best suited for people who value reflection, depth, and exploration. If you're ready to give therapy a try, I'd love to chat to see if we'd be a good fit!
