Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical therapist with over a decade of experience in community mental health, crisis response, and private practice. I specialize in trauma, dissociation, attachment wounds, anxiety, identity development, and the long-term impact of complex childhood experiences. I work primarily with adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves, and I bring a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative approach to every session.

This is a space where you get to show up fully as yourself—no masks, no judgment. I hold a high standard of care, and I’m both gentle and direct. I’ll challenge you in ways that support your growth, not shut you down. Healing isn’t linear, and we’ll move through the peaks and valleys together. My goal is to help you make sense of your story, build clarity, and create a life that finally feels like your own—all while giving you a safe, steady place to set things down and breathe.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe connection. Together, we’ll work to understand how your nervous system, relationships, and life experiences have shaped your current patterns — not to assign blame, but to open the door to healing and choice.

I view trauma not as what’s “wrong” with you, but as what happened to you. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, notice what your body and emotions are communicating, and gently process the experiences that feel stuck or overwhelming. Every session is collaborative and paced according to your comfort level — your story, your boundaries, your healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, judgment-free space where we start by getting to know you — not just your struggles, but your story and strengths. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what safety looks like for you, and what you hope to change or understand.

From there, we’ll build a plan that feels doable and empowering. Whether you’re beginning to explore the impact of trauma or ready to do deeper processing work, I’ll walk with you at every step. My goal is to help you feel grounded, connected, and capable of living a life that feels more like your own.
