Great to meet you!

I work with teen girls and women who are ready to understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and make meaningful changes in the way they relate to themselves and others.

My approach combines EMDR, DBT, and art therapy to address both where struggles come from and what can be done differently moving forward. I help clients process difficult experiences, develop emotional regulation skills, recognize unhealthy patterns, strengthen relationships, and build greater confidence in themselves and their decisions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both accepting and change-oriented. I want clients to feel genuinely understood and supported, while also being encouraged to make the changes necessary for a better quality of life.

My style is gentle and caring without being passive, creative without losing the clinical work, and supportive while still challenging clients to grow. I want to be the person in your corner who can say, “I understand why you're here, and I also believe you can do something different.”

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and talking about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to be different. We’ll start exploring the patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that may be getting in the way of the life you want to live.

You can expect a conversation, not a test. We’ll work together to figure out what you need and where to start. Over time, the goal is to help you feel more comfortable with your emotions, respond more effectively when things get hard, build healthier relationships and boundaries, and feel more connected to yourself and the people around you.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to show up. We’ll start from there.
