Great to meet you!

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is possible when we feel seen, safe, and connected. I specialize in supporting first responders, individuals, couples, and families who are navigating trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have spent many years working with children, adoptive families, and those serving on the frontlines in police, fire, and EMS, helping them carry the weight of difficult experience while rediscovering their resilience.

My approach to therapy

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my approach blends Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices with a deep respect for the human spirit. I offer a space that is compassionate and direct, where we can explore patterns with curiosity, uncover meaning, and create practical strategies for change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly understood. We'll discuss what has brought you here and what feels most important to you right now. My goal is to see the whole of your story, honoring both the challenges you've faced and the strengths that have carried you through. Together, we'll begin shaping a path forward that feels supportive, practical, and hopful.
