Great to meet you!

As an LPC, I have worked with diverse populations across various settings. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where my clients feel heard and validated. My hope is through self-awareness, clients gain positive self-growth and achieve stronger self-acceptance, confidence, and meaningful relationships. I enjoy spending time with family and friends in my spare time, cooking/baking, playing with her 2 dogs, building LEGOS with her husband, and organizing everything.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative approach, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Person-centered, and Solution-Focused techniques to tailor the therapeutic process to each client's unique needs. My goal is to help clients build resilience and achieve personal growth.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
