Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cassie. I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor, and I specialize in working with people who struggle with perfectionism, anxiety and depression. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing happens in connection—when we feel truly seen and understood.

I know that opening up can feel scary, especially if you’ve learned to build walls just to get through life. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where those walls can slowly come down, and where vulnerability is met with care rather than judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity. I blend emotion-focused and internal family systems therapy (IFS), all grounded in a person-centered lens. That just means we’ll move at your pace, honoring your lived experience and the wisdom you already carry.

Whether you’re tired of being hard on yourself, feel disconnected from who you are, or want to unlearn old patterns that no longer serve you—I’m here to help you make space for more self-compassion, clarity, and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you—what brings you in, what’s been heavy to carry, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. This is your space, and I’ll follow your lead.

Many clients leave their first session feeling a bit lighter and more understood, with insight into patterns that have shaped their experiences. My hope is that you’ll walk away with a sense of connection—to me, but more importantly, to yourself.
