Hi! I have been a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas for almost 10 years. I offer individual, couple and relationship therapy and family therapy. My favorite part of my job is being able to walk alongside people as they discover their truths, strengths, and find their voice. I have look forward to working with you!
I use talk therapy to encourage clients to connect with themselves and they are on the healing journey. We will incorporate skills during the session to practice outside the office to make each session more beneficial and to allow clients to have ownership in their healing process.
My goal is for each client to leave the office feeling empowered, strengthened, and with new skills and coping.
