Great to meet you!

As a mental health professional, I have strived to overcome and reach the goals to be a helper to those in this world who have struggled profoundly. With a caring heart for the field and unmatched passion, I have pursued both my education and worked to help others find their path to success in healing.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. With a warm, genuine approach and a background of military, residential care, and emergency services, I walk alongside my clients on their path to healing—because healing is not linear.

My areas of expertise include the populations: children, teens, and parents.

As a veteran myself, I am able to meet both family members of service members and veterans in a space that understands the unique challenges in this lifestyle.

I have also attended trainings and can be found on the Prism directory as a safe provider for the LGBTQIA+ community.

I aspire that with every patient encounter, you will feel appreciated as a human being and heard. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions regarding potential treatment, referrals for continuing care as another professional, or to simply to identify if I would be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist I am person-centered first and foremost with a consistent base from this perspective, where I can utilize integrative interventions to best meet my clients needs where they are and adapt across modalities where it would potentially be more beneficial for them throughout treatment.
