Great to meet you!

Are you carrying trauma, anxiety, depression, or a difficult transition and wondering how to feel like yourself again? I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I work with adults in Utah, including skeptical clients. My style is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel understood and move forward.

I am on your side, and I pay attention to whether our work is helping. I offer clear feedback without judgment and stay present with difficult feelings. You will never be too much for me. We can make room for heaviness, laughter, and a full life outside therapy.

My approach to therapy

Sessions with me are warm, honest, and collaborative. You will not have to guess what we are doing or pretend to be fine. I create a space where big feelings can be expressed safely, and where you can be met with steadiness, compassion, and a little room to laugh. I will listen closely, tell you the truth kindly, and move at a pace that respects you.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work toward feeling less controlled by old reactions, memories, or circumstances that keep you stuck. You can build clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience while making choices that reflect the life you want. Setbacks are part of growth, not proof you are failing. Change is possible, and we will keep moving toward it together.
