I am a queer, disabled, cis woman of white and indigenous descent, deeply familiar with navigating life's complexities as a disabled person. Often, nondisabled therapists either overemphasize or underplay disability’s impact. Working with me, we'll find the right balance for you, focusing on what truly matters—be it disability, queer issues, or something entirely different. You’ll have a space where you're understood without needing to explain your identity first.

My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and relational, deeply enriched by intersectionality and rooted in disability justice. I value a kind, open-minded, and non-judgmental environment, recognizing humor's role in healing.
