I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a DNP specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. I am committed to providing the best care by continuously reviewing the latest evidence-based practices and seeking the most effective treatments for my patients. A Florida native, I enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, and learning about different cultures. I also share my home with two adorable fur babies. My goal is to build a supportive and compassionate relationship with every patient I serve.

My approach to care includes in-person and virtual appointments for patients of all ages, from children to geriatrics. I specialize in mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, psychosis, and substance use disorders. I am committed to providing the most up-to-date care by incorporating genetic testing, lab work, and utilizing psychotherapy alongside medication management to ensure comprehensive, personalized treatment for each patient. My goal is for you and I to craft a treatment plan that works for you.

My approach centers on warmth, patient-centered care, and collaboration. In our sessions, I focus on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychoeducation, and therapy. I work closely with patients to help them understand their medications, their diagnosis, and develop personalized coping strategies. My goal is for patients to leave feeling empowered, equipped with the knowledge and tools to not only overcome their condition but to thrive and exceed in whatever type of life they lead. Please know that I provide medication management first & foremost. Any psychotherapy done is IN ADDITION to medication management. I do not do psychotherapy alone.
