Evening Couples Sessions

Evening appointments available for couples work grounded in family systems and attachment theory. Helping partners understand recurring patterns of conflict, distance, and disconnection.

Private pay only, not billed through insurance. $300 per session.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some sessions might be more reflective and exploratory, others more practical and goal-oriented. Above all, I want this to feel like a space where you can be honest, think out loud, and figure things out without judgment.

Before we begin, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get a sense of whether we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, our first session is a chance for me to get to know you more fully, starting with your story, your relationships, and what's been weighing on you. I'll ask questions about your life and background so I can understand the bigger picture, not just what's happening right now. By the end, you'll have a sense of how we might work together, and I'll have what I need to support you in the best way possible. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and a little more hopeful about what's ahead.
