Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist whose desire is to bring healing through integrating biblical concepts and psychotherapy techniques. I have worked with Christians who are wanting to improving their communication and conflict resolution skills within their marriages and families. I teach adults and teens how to navigate their Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder through better coping skill and alternative techniques. I teach Pre-Marriage and marriage education using the "Prepare and Enrich" assessment.

My approach to therapy

I educate individuals and couples in communication skills, conflict resolution, self-esteem, confidence building, trust issues, relationship roles, setting boundaries, personal stress, parenting, infidelity, divorce, attention deficit/hyperactive disorder, anxiety, depression and bi-polar disorder.

What you can expect from me

If you are searching for someone who will hear you without judgement and sincerely wants you to find healing I would love to help you. I will use biblical concepts and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques (CBT) to help you find coping skills and different ways to think in order to get some stability in your circumstances.
