Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I’m endlessly curious about how the different parts of someone’s life connect to their mental health, whether that’s anxiety, depression, family stress, or trauma. I’ve worked in outpatient therapy for four years and before that spent time doing in-home work with families, so I’ve seen firsthand how much context matters. That mix of experience means I can help with what’s actually going on in your life, not just the symptom on the surface!"

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with meeting you exactly where you are, mentally and emotionally, no judgment and no pressure to have it all figured out. From there we build practical tools for anxiety and stress using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), so difficult thoughts and feelings get easier to work with instead of against. When family or relationship patterns are part of the picture, I bring in family systems and narrative approaches to help you see the story you’re in and change the parts that aren’t working. Every session includes validation, active listening, and space to practice the boundaries you need to feel calmer and more in control.

What you can expect from me

Our first session starts with an open conversation about what brought you to therapy, sharing as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. I aim to bring a comfortable

vibe and a safe atmosphere so you feel at ease telling your story. Everyone deserves to be heard, and I’m here to listen!
