I am a Licensed Therapist for Florida and Guam with 12 years of professional work experience as a therapist. I am also a Master's Level Addiction Professional and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.

My approach to therapy

Throughout the years I’ve worked to help individuals and couples with a variety of concerns including stress and anxiety, life transitions, coping with addictions, military life challenged, relationship issues, family conflicts and more. While working with my clients, I've used a holistic clinical treatment approach that integrates aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you. My goal as your therapist is to help you identify and utilize those strengths. To work with you in building your self-awareness, to learn to process emotions in a way that fosters healthy interpersonal relationships skills. As well as empowering as we explore the tools and skills needed to help you create and nurture a fulfilling life for yourself.
