Great to meet you!

If you’re carrying more than you feel you should, or moving through life feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you don’t have to hold it all alone. I offer a compassionate, non‐judgmental space where women, individuals, and couples can explore what’s hurting and what’s possible. I earned my Master of Social Work from NYU and draw from evidence‐based approaches—including ACT and CBT—to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates DBT, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your values, and build practical skills that support real change. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, reaching out is a meaningful first step toward relief and clarity.

What you can expect from me

My approach in a first session is gentle, curious, and paced to your comfort. I ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current stressors, and the strengths you already have. Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction. We typically set initial goals such as improving emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, strengthening communication, or deepening self‐understanding.
