Great to meet you!

Educator and clinician committed to strength-based practices with extensive experience providing direct trauma-informed services to vulnerable children, adults, and families. I am passionate about supporting people as they navigate day to day challenges, face difficulties, and journey to discover their best selves.

I use Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a trauma-informed lens, and a client-centered and solution-focused approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through psycho-education and in-between session activities, I use cognitive behavioral therapy to support clients as they practice new skills, address their anxiety, break challenges down into manageable pieces, and engage in mindfulness to increase self awareness.

What you can expect from our first session

I'd love for clients to walk away from sessions feeling confident and capable of getting through the rest of the day and the rest of their lives, one step at a time. Using psycho-education, in-between-session activities, and tools like behavioral activation, I support clients as they learn new skills, recognize their strengths, challenge negative thinking patterns, and face their fears.
