A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, parenting and family issues and perinatal mood disorders. My background and trainings are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health but my approach with clients is always individualized and collaborative- with some humor sprinkled in every now and then!
