I am have practiced psychotherapy in the Metropolitan area for all of my career. My work in clinics, hospitals, schools with college students, artists, adults and children make my ability to prioritize your needs. I offer a safe space in person to transform difficult feelings and separate you from the daily stress and anxiety. Both talk therapy and creative expression are offered. My goals is assist you in processing and transforming difficulties and find new forms of expression. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is psychodynamic and gestalt based. My specialty as a psychotherapist is with clients who are children, adolescents, college age, artist as well as adults. My sessions are geared to each individuals needs and I aim to find creative solutions to meet your needs or goals. My work has promoted healing and helped to decrease negative feelings, stress and anxiety that you may be having. I am trauma informed, mindfulness, somatic approaches and use ACT. I try to lead you on a new path to problems and solutions.

What you can expect from me

Through psychotherapy and expressive arts my clients have felt less anxious, more confident and calmer. Clients will learn how to separate from their negative thoughts and feelings and understand a new path forward in a gentle, non threatening setting through our work together.15 minute consultation is preferred prior to first session but not necessary. I offer tools for stress and coping strategies.
