Great to meet you!

I am a motivated social worker with a holistic knowledge of systems affecting marginalized communities. I'm committed to providing trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and client-centered therapy. I specialize in LGBTQ+ population, grief, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Being affirming and genuine is very important to me. We'' probably share some laughter together in some of our sessions. I mostly use trauma-informed approaches, such as EMDR therapy and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In the beginning, we will spend a good amount of time getting to know each other and understand what you'd like to work on. Once we make a plan, we can start to get to work, usually starting with ways to alleviate and cope with your current stresses. Therapy will be at your pace.
