Great to meet you!

Take a deep breath—you’ve taken a brave first step. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. I work with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Together, we’ll create a supportive space tailored to your needs. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm passionate about supporting clients who are dealing with depression or trauma, especially when it's connected to relationships or family dynamics. In our early sessions, we'll explore the core issues together and develop a personalized plan to help you move forward. Many of my clients begin to notice relief within the first few weeks, with ongoing progress as we continue our work. I am also a board approved clinical supervisor.

What you can expect from our first session

Treatment is tailored to the individual needs of each client. In your first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and determine the most appropriate ways to help you make the most of your treatment!
