Welcome to my page! I am from Omaha, NE & I have been in private practice for over 20 years, I graduated from the University of Oklahoma and am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am skilled in treating common disorders such as depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress disorder to the more complex disorders such as substance use disorder, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques, and brief solution focused therapies.
