Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist, single mother, and natural healer who brings both professional training and real-life experience into the therapy room. My work is shaped not only by my clinical education and background, but also by my own journey through relationship challenges, emotional pain, and rebuilding. Because of that, I don’t just understand these struggles intellectually—I meet you in them with genuine empathy.

I work with both women and men navigating relationship issues, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and patterns that feel hard to break. Many of my clients are high-functioning—caregivers, professionals, or parents—who are used to holding everything together, but feel disconnected, stuck, or exhausted underneath.

My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a deeper, more intuitive lens. I specialize in helping clients understand attachment patterns, relationship dynamics, and the root causes of emotional distress so that change is not just temporary—but lasting.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is both grounded and deeply perceptive, I offer a space where you can be fully seen, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both structured and intuitive. I use evidence-based methods while also paying close attention to emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and the underlying “why” behind what you’re experiencing.

Rather than focusing only on symptom management, I help you get to the root of recurring patterns—especially in relationships, attachment, and self-worth. From there, we work on creating real, practical change in how you show up in your life.

I’m warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, but also honest and direct when it supports your growth. Therapy with me is collaborative—we work together to build insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop tools that actually fit your life.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more aligned in your relationships and decisions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and clear about what brought you to therapy.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. Some clients arrive with a specific issue, while others just know something doesn’t feel right. I’ll guide the conversation in a way that feels natural and supportive.

As we talk, I’ll begin identifying patterns, emotional themes, and relationship dynamics that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing. I may ask deeper questions early on—not to overwhelm you, but to gently start getting to the root of things.

We’ll also begin exploring your goals and what you want to get out of therapy, whether that’s improving relationships, reducing anxiety, breaking cycles, or reconnecting with yourself.

By the end of the session, most clients feel a sense of relief, clarity, and hope—like they’re no longer carrying everything on their own.
