Great to meet you!

You’ve already taken an important first step—deciding that something can be different. Maybe you’re feeling stuck. In a relationship, in a pattern, or simply in a place in life that no longer feels like you. With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help individuals and couples make sense of the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape how they feel and connect with others. Grounded in attachment-based work and a family systems perspective, I believe understanding the “why” can open the door to changing the “what.” Together, we’ll work toward reducing distress, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful change that feels possible—and lasting

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and direct. I create a space where clients feel heard, while also encouraging them to examine the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to their current challenges. Using family systems and attachment-based methods, I help clients understand the “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also implement practical interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to each individual, focusing on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and fostering changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and better understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, relevant experiences, and the changes you would like to see. Together, we’ll begin developing meaningful and realistic therapeutic goals that will guide our work moving forward.
