Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). My passion is helping individuals navigate the challenges of trauma, substance use addictions, and anxiety. I have specialized training in Brainspotting therapy and am currently working toward certification.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I understand that healing is not a linear process, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.

No matter what you may be facing, I am here to help you build resilience, develop coping strategies, and reclaim your sense of self. I believe in the power of therapy to create lasting change, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey to healing and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session is an introduction—a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I understand that opening up to someone new can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that this is a safe, nonjudgmental space.

During this session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I’ll also share more about my approach and answer any questions you might have. Honesty is key in this process, but I also recognize that being vulnerable isn’t easy. There’s no rush—you set the pace.

Healing takes work, and while it may feel uncomfortable at times, you're not alone in it. My role is to support and guide you as we navigate this journey together. This session is just the beginning, and I’m here to help you take those first steps toward meaningful change.
