Great to meet you!

I provide a dynamic, integrative, person-centered approach to therapy and utilize the power of the creative process to help clients achieve emotional balance, develop personal insight, increase coping strategies for life stressors, and improve overall quality of life. I work with clients of all ages, from toddlers through older adults, struggling with depression, anxiety, adhd, divorce, and other life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Art therapy is not about artistic skill or creating a pretty picture; it is simply another mechanism of expression when verbal and cognitive processing are not enough. Art therapy can allow patients to explore deeply rooted patterns, feelings, and memories from the past which may be impacting present feelings and/or behaviors. Furthermore, the artwork created in session can serve as a holding space for long-term processing and release.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to create person-centered goals, challenge deep emotional patterns, achieve personal insight, and attain balance.
