Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! Taking the step to start therapy is a powerful investment in yourself, and I am here to support you through that journey. I am a LCSW with a Master's degree in Social Welfare from UCLA with over seven years of dedicated experience helping individuals navigate some of life’s most high-stress transitions and challenges.

My professional background spans outpatient community mental health, intensive hospital psychiatric care, and trauma-informed work within foster care and school systems. Because of this diverse experience, I specialize in helping clients manage acute stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. We won't just talk about the challenges—we will actively build practical coping skills, design safety and wellness plans, and uncover your innate strengths so you can move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

Our work together will be collaborative, conversational, and tailored entirely to your goals. My objective is to help you break unhealthy cycles, rebuild your confidence, and establish clear, healthy boundaries.

What you can expect from me

Each session is based on your unique presentation, and we will consistently discuss progress on your goals and make adjustments as needed. Together, our sessions will focus on building clarity, momentum, and a greater understanding of yourself.
