Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience helping people address issues related to living with chronic medical conditions, anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, wellness and work life balance and life's everyday stressors. My goal is to help find solutions that work for you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and respected. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you to better understand your experiences, identify patterns, and develop practical tools for navigating stress, anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, and other concerns. My goal is to create an empowering space where you can build clarity, emotional balance, and confidence in moving forward.

What you can expect from me

I know it can feel frightening to take those first few steps toward therapy, especially if you have been carrying a lot on your own. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from it, and any concerns or questions you may have. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together. I hope what I have provided here helps make the process feel a little less scary. I look forward to connecting soon. Stay well.
