Using a variety of research-based interventions including Acceptance and Committment Therapy and Trauma-Informed Somatic Interventions, I will work to create a safe and collaborative environment to support your growth. I also work to support clients in stregthening their mind-body connection through mindfulness and nervous system regulation strategies.
In my therapy space, my hope is for you to feel safe to process through your emotions, past experiences, and future goals. I will work to support you in feeling heard, seen, and understood in our sessions and to understand your values and life view in order to ensure you are getting the most out of every session.
