Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’ve been working as an outpatient therapist for over three years, and I bring a warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth approach to helping clients navigate stress, mental health challenges, and life’s harder moments. I enjoy working with people of all ages and believe therapy can be a space for both meaningful insight and real relief. My style blends compassion, humor, and evidence-based care to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, and build on the strengths you already have.

I use a trauma-informed, eclectic approach that draws from CBT and psychoanalytic work to support growth in both the present and the long term. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and more confident in your ability to cope with life’s challenges and move toward a healthier, more positive outlook.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to what will be most helpful for you as an individual. I value taking the time to really get to know my clients, understand their needs, and shape therapy around what fits best for their personality, goals, and pace. Rather than relying on a single method, I draw from different tools and techniques depending on what feels most supportive and effective, with the goal of making our work together feel thoughtful, responsive, and personalized.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll dive into your history, what your goals are, and how we can work together to get you closer to those goals. I aim to end the first session with a better understanding of where you're coming from and where you want to be, as well as providing you with a good idea of who I am as a therapist and what our work together will look like.
