Great to meet you!

Love and well-being are hard to come by at this moment on planet earth. Join those of us committed to having both, within ourselves and our intimate relationships. It's the most radical contribution to self and other we can make.

There is nothing that brings me greater joy than supporting couples to rediscover the love and connection that brought them together, and individuals to learn to truly love themselves and the life they are living.

I bring warmth, humor, creativity, perspective, courage, determination, and commitment to the clients with whom I have the honor to work.

Outside of the office you will find me dancing, swimming, painting, meditating, doing yoga, enjoying delicious food and nourishment with my partner, or laughing with and contemplating the world with my now grown son.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, attunement, courage and presence to our sessions, and will support you to have the audacity to be who you truly are, honest about what you need and want, and discovering the ways to get these. We will likely be mostly solution-focused, probing deeper only as needed in order to gain insight and awareness, because so much of our evolution is about taking the action of stepping into more empowered, integrated, authentic versions of ourselves.

My work is collaborative and very much catered to meet you and your unique needs. I come to you with over two decades of experience and training; together we collaborate to help you meet your treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

While therapy is by nature challenging, you will harvest more joy, aliveness, insight, revelation and greater appreciation and love for who you are.
