Great to meet you!

Life is tough, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help you move forward, break free from the patterns that keep you stuck, and create a life you truly deserve. With nearly 10 years of experience and a deep personal understanding of trauma, I know how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to heal but don't know where to start. That’s where I come in.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, and person-centered—because you are the expert in your own life. I’ll work with you to uncover the strengths you already have and help you develop new tools to feel more empowered and in control of your well-being. I specialize in wide range of challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, substance misuse, ADHD, life transitions, anger, and domestic violence. I’m also a proud LGBTQ+ ally and offer a safe, non-judgmental space for all.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a variety of techniques tailored to your needs. I also incorporate creative tools like sand tray, art, and play therapy to make healing engaging and effective. My goal is to guide you toward emotional healing, deeper connection, and lasting change. If you're ready to take the next step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life, reach out today—I can’t wait to support you on your journey.
