Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. Throughout my career, I've worked in education, addiction treatment, community mental health, crisis services, and private practice, with specialties in trauma, PTSD, addiction, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

I believe every person has purpose, even when life's challenges have made it difficult to see. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, discovering their strengths, and creating lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic principles, attachment-based work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques.

I am also the creator of The Scenic Path, an integrative therapeutic framework that helps clients understand how early survival strategies shape their lives and how they can reconnect with their authentic selves. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, build practical skills, and create a path toward greater resilience, healing, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another in a supportive, judgment-free environment. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin understanding the experiences that have shaped your journey. Together, we'll identify your strengths, clarify where you are today, and develop a plan for meaningful and lasting growth.
