Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience working with individuals and families including children, adolescents, and adults. I love working with people who struggle with anxiety disorders, going through life transitions, need support in parenting skills, have unresolved family of origin issues, have current conflict in the family system, and struggle with interpersonal relationships.
I use a collaborative approach to get to know and understand my clients through exploration of family history, relationship history, and personal beliefs about self and the world. From there, we may explore individual goals to improve communication, build relationships, reduce symptoms, and manage life stressors. Therapy session includes processing feelings, finding solutions, and building skills.
My ultimate hope for my clients would be to gain personal growth and insight and leave with the skills to be able to manage and thrive in challenging circumstances.
