Great to meet you!

Hello and congratulations on taking the first step towards happiness and stability! I’m Catherine, a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to supporting individuals on their paths to self-discovery and healing. With a Master's degree in Social Work from Rutger's University, I have 10+ years of experience in the field, working with clients facing a variety of challenges, especially including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, with a solution-focused twist. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. In our sessions, I aim to build a trusting relationship that empowers you to confront challenges, consider alternative methods and discover your inner strength. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take some time to get to know each other. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story and and set goals for what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you! Thank you for considering me as a partner in your wellness journey. I look forward to working together!
