I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner qualified to practice in both primary care and psychiatry. I graduated from Walden University and have over 15 years of healthcare experience. I treat and offer supportive therapy for patients with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, mood disorders, tics, autism spectrum, borderline disorders, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, substance abuse disorders, for adults and kids ages 5 and above.

I am passionate about the overall wellbeing of each individual and will provide personalized mental and health care services for ages 5 and above.

I deliver high quality and compassionate care to improve health for each individual.

I use various treatment options including talk therapy, medications, and psychosocial interventions to enhance daily functioning and improve quality of life.

With each session, I will offer advice on how to handle difficult issues, I will provide evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions, I will provide talk therapy on how to improve your daily functioning. I will also provide information on how to cope with negative emotions as well as life events.
